Flu clinics will be starting on Wednesday 28th September 2011 and will run throughout the winter months. There will be walk-in clinics for flu jabs Monday to Friday between 8.30 am and 5.30 pm. There is no need to book an appointment. If you are over 65 years old or have a condition such as heart, lung, liver or kidney disease, diabetes asthma or have a reduced immune system, you have a higher risk of catching the flu. If you are housebound, a district nurse or a doctor will visit you to give you the vaccine. Please note there will be no flu clinic the afternoon of Wednesday 5th October.
